Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups blueberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup white sugar
3 tablespoon white sugar
1 egg
½ cup butter
½ milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place blueberries in a 6x10 inch or 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over blueberries then add 3 tablespoon sugar. Set aside.
In a small bowl, thoroughly mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix softens butter, sugar, beaten egg and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour mixture then stir.
Pour mixture over the blueberry mixture. Try to cover as much filling as possible.
Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
This is the finish product.
Tips: Use aluminum foil to keep food moist and cook it evenly.
